Continuously, students, teachers, colleagues, and friends tell me that I am a very lucky man. They do not understand how I manage to do so many things, how I never seem stressed, and how everything I do goes very well. They say it seems like I can do what 3-5 people do in a day. And yet, whenever they see me, they see me content and happy.
At first, I thought their comments were out of place because I believe that results are a consequence of the actions we take or don't take. Obviously, I make mistakes, and I constantly make them. Fortunately, I like to innovate and undertake, and only those who dare to do different things will fail a few times. My advantage is that I learn quickly from my mistakes and quickly transform them into challenges. I certainly have some days of stress, being honest, but fortunately, they are few. I can count on one hand the number of days when I feel stressed or have a headache, maybe a couple of times a year.
Maybe they are right, maybe I am lucky, or maybe I am lucky to have found a method that allows me to achieve my dreams and goals. However, this doesn't happen overnight. It starts with 90 days, which is enough for the majority, but ideally, you should ensure a whole year of monitoring and registration to strengthen knowledge and make it a part of you. Gradually, you will become a more persistent, objective, and strategic person who knows how to distinguish between priorities, urgencies, and important tasks. Just knowing this will make you almost never stressed or have a headache because you will not be living in trouble. You will complete all your activities and responsibilities well and on time, resulting in fewer professional and personal conflicts.
In this book, or rather, this planner, I will help you become aware of your daily activities for 90 days. I will guide you in keeping track of the variables that I find most important in the five dimensions that I believe we should always keep in mind in our lives. These dimensions are based on my observations over more than 20 years of interacting with over three thousand students, hundreds of employees, and dozens of colleagues and bosses. I realized that they practiced these dimensions without even knowing it, and I gradually adopted them because I found them logical. I like to challenge myself to make positive changes in my life, so I began to document and imitate the attitudes and actions that made them people who achieve all their goals. Little by little, I made those attitudes and actions my own. They give me peace and allow me to dream and realize my dreams.
